Our Limited Lifetime Warranty

The Debbie J. Palmer^tm Collection is warranted for life against defects in materials and workmanship.

Your Debbie J. Palmer Collection piece is warranted to the owner for life against defects in materials and workmanship.  This warranty does not apply to cording or pouchette.  This warranty is instead and in place of any implied warranty of fitnes for any particular use.  DJP DESIGN INC warrants that, if there is a defect in material and/or workmanship other than the cording or pouchette, it will repair or replace the piece, at our option, provided the piece is teturned to us with a $5.00 check or money order to cover the cost of handling and postage (this is not a repair charge).  This warranty excludes damange due to any cause other than defect in materials and workmanship, including, without limitation, accident, misuse, neglect, or replacement of cording or the pouchette.  The remedy of repair or replacement is exclusive.  DJP DESIGN INC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

Please pack your piece carefully in a sturdy box.  Please do not send in a gift box as the same or any other packaging material will not be returned.
